I am here to tell it like it is, share some insights I?ve picked up, and how my system has become so reliable, that even when faced with some tough life circumstances beyond my control, I was STILL ABLE TO BUY HOUSES and MAKE MONEY WITH NONE!

There is a lot of B.S. out there when it comes to how to make money investing in real estate. Most of it is written by people who are authors, not real estate investors.

I am a full-time real estate investor. I teach, mentor and write about real estate investing on the side.

Rather than teaching you theories about what could work, I will share my own experiences and what I know works and show you how to implement it immediately to start making real money through real estate.

I?m not here to give you a tough sales pitch to buy my course, or guarantee that you will be a millionaire in weeks using my system. What I can tell you is that in my course I have shared my experience, doing tons of these types of deals. I cover some of the smaller details that go unmentioned in most of the other courses I have read and studied personally about investing. I share the things that I have learned "in the street", doing deals, year in, and year out.

A little over a decade ago I was working in Law Enforcement and Corrections in my home state of Illinois. I worked for my local sheriff?s office for nearly a decade, living paycheck-to-paycheck, with heavy credit card debts.

My job, while sometimes exciting, was VERY stressful, and frankly, kind of boring most of the time. It never really challenged my mind or provided the lifestyle I felt my family deserved.

Like many people, I saw one of those late-night infomercials about real estate investing and bought what they were selling. If you?ve bought any of those yourself, you probably know that they are often missing information and are basically just a sales pitch for something more expensive.

It was really a struggle to figure out how to get started. But I was determined, so after studying real estate investing in multiple courses, books, and online, I completed my first investment transaction in 1998.

I?ll be the first to admit it wasn?t easy. It took hard work and persistence, and of course, lots of desire. But I?m proof it can be done.

For relaxation and recreation, I ride my Harley Davidson motorcycle whenever possible. I?ve often been called "The Biker Who Buys Houses." I do somewhat fit the "biker image" because yes, I live to ride. Investing is just how I pay for it!

I?m not telling you my story to brag. I?m telling you this to show you what?s possible with the right knowledge, along with a strong desire for something better.

The economy now is much different than it was back when I started investing. Times are tight for those working jobs. For those who are willing to work for themselves, the timing is right to become wealthy.

This market is the perfect storm for investors with the will and creativity to set themselves up with a secure financial future.

I would like to help others who are either stuck in dead end jobs like I was or those who simply need or want to make their own money.

Over the years, I developed my own system for investing in real estate, based on my experiences. I put it together in an easy-to-follow guide that anyone could follow to duplicate my success. You can imitate the things I did right and avoid the pitfalls I found the hard way.

I am an investor full time and my real estate investing education business is simply something I do as a way to give back to others to help them get out of their 9-5 lifestyle and really start living.

When it comes to real estate investing, I consider myself a "transaction engineer". I utilize several different methods for acquiring real estate. However, I prefer the method of buying properties subject to the existing financing.

I am very comfortable with this method and feel that the advantages are numerous, for both the investor and the seller. There are more opportunities to make money with investing in real estate when you buy properties using other people?s money. That is what buying "subject to the existing financing" is all about.
