SNMMI?s Education department is currently looking for an experienced Associate Manager of CE.
The Associate Manager of CE will report to the Associate Director and Director of Education and is responsible for providing administrative and support services for the SNMMI?s Continuing Education (CE) programs including CE program organization process. The position manages the joint sponsorship program, oversees the processing for all CE credit information and manages the nuclear medicine technologist?s VOICE program.
? Manages all aspects of the joint sponsorship application process including communication with chapters, application and payment processing, submitting programs for review, participant uploads into the CE Center and credit inquiries regarding joint sponsor programs.
? Oversees all data entry of all SNMMI approved continuing education activity information into iMIS and CE Center, including continuing education credit reporting forms for technologists, physicians, and pharmacists, and coordination of credit reporting for physicists/scientists.
? Responsible for technologist VOICE transcripts/certificates for participants of SNMMI-approved continuing education activities.
? Assists with physician AMA PRA Category 1 certificates, pharmacist ACPE statements of credit and CAMPEP as needed.
? Assists with correspondence and reports for continuing education activities and CE committees.
? Generates evaluation summaries and CE reports.
? Maintains the Education e-mailbox, by both reading and responding to inquiries.
